1) MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS (ELECTRICAL)
Dip./Degree in Electrical Engg. with exp. in a similar role in a large process industry in Dairy/Food/Beverages and good knowledge of high speed filling and packaging machinery and theircontrol system, various PLC types. Exp. in process and instrumentation, dairy manufacturingequipments, homogenizer and pasteuriser equipments. To maximize the operational efficiencyof all Process/Filling & Packaging machinery by executing all Planned Preventative Maint.programs.
2) MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS (MECHANICAL)
Degree in Mechanical Engg. with exp. in ideally manufacturing industry in Dairy/Food/Beveragesindustry with automated process equipment and instrumentation (PLC’s). Working with a multiskilled workforce in a Dairy/Liquid Food or equivalent environment. Good knowledge of highspeed filling and packaging machinery and there control systems. To maximize the operationalefficiency of all Process/Filling & Packaging machinery by executing all Planned PreventativeMaint. programs.
3) MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS (AUTOMATION) – Dip./
Degree in Engineering with exp. in a Dairy/Food/Beverages industry in a similar position withexp. in instrumentation process control automation. Good knowledge of high speed filling andpackaging machinery and their control system, various PLC types, process and instrumentation,
dairy manufacturing equipments, homogenizer and pasteuriser equipments. To maximize theoperational efficiency of all Process control systems by executing all Planned Preventative Maint.programs.
4) MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS (REFRIGERATION)
Dip./Degree in Mechanical/Refrigeration Engg. with exp. in a similar position in a large processindustry in Dairy/Food/Beverages industry. Knowledge & exp. in ammonia refrigeration system. Execution of planned preventive maintenance tasks, faultfinding and trouble shooting of any faultand take corrective action. Ensure all tasks are completed, compliance of quality procedures,full understanding of equipment manuals and spare parts specification, assist in training anddevelopment of new technician. Ensure full implementation of safety systems and safe practicesof work and continually practices. To maximize the operational availability and efficiency ofUtilities Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Equipment by executing all Planned PreventativeMaintenance.
5) MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS (ELECTRICALUTILITY) – Dip./Degree in Electrical Engg. with exp. in Dairy/Food/Beverages industry in
a similar role in a large process industry. Good knowledge of utility equipment including HV/MV/LV distribution system, various PLC types and knowledge and exp. in ammonia refrigerationsystems. Execution of planned preventive maintenance tasks, faultfinding and trouble shootingof any fault and take corrective action. Ensure all tasks are completed, compliance of qualityprocedures, full understanding of equipment manuals and spare parts specification, assist intraining and development of new technician. Ensure full implementation of safety systems andsafe practices of work and continually practices.
6) LEAD PROCESS OPERATORS
Manufacturing process with clear understanding of Injection & Blow Moulding Process. Exp. inProduction or Maintenance of Injection & Blow Moulding Machines. Exp. in a PLC controlledmachines with ISO environment. To achieve planned production & optimize process parametersso as to ensure that production targets are achieved without quality problems and rejections. Internal customer services are not affected by any major production delays. To motivatesubordinates to achieve higher outputs with desired safety and quality specifications.
7) PLASTIC MACHINE OPERATORS (Blow Moulding)
Graduate or Plastic Technology certificate with exp. in PET Blow Moulding and Injection Mouldingprocess. Must have knowledge in safe system of works and good exposure to ISO 9000 andGMP environment. Knowledge and familiarity in processing plastic with PET Blow MouldingMachines and Injection Moulding of Caps for packaging purposes. To efficiently operateBlow Moulding or Injection Moulding machines to achieve areas shift objectives by performingeffectively.
8) DAIRY PROCESSING OPERATORS (EFFLUENT)
– Min. 2 yrs. exp. in effluent treatment in operating effluent treatment plant in a Dairy industry
or a large scale process industry. To operate effectively the effluent plant and pivot as per thestandard operating procedure by complying to safety, health norms and quality standards. Regular cleaning of the sprinklers and end gun. Ensure proper operation and maintenance of thepivot. Understand and operate ETP plant. Collect the data required for the daily effluent report. Timely shifting and disposal of sludge and independent handling of ETP/STP plant in shift.
9) SENIOR MACHINE OPERATORS (Blow Moulding)
High school Level and with 3 years core plastic experience on various machineries with exp. inBlow Moulding and Injection Moulding process. Must have knowledge in safe system of worksand good exposure to ISO 9000 & GMP environment. Efficiency to operate blow mouldingmachines to achieve areas shift objectives by performing effectively.
10) SENIOR MACHINE OPERATORS (Cheese plant)
Exp. as a SMO in an automated dairy plant within a dairy or food environment, production ofCheese and UHT products, juice & milk. Exp. in automated process control and working in amulticultural. To create a specified Filling/Packaging machine/Line within the specificationsand procedures laid down in Standard Operating Procedures to meet the internal customerrequirements.
11) YARDMEN – Valid heavy vehicle driving license with exp. in long haul driving and
ability to understand & speak English. Exp. in refrigerated product/material delivery. Knowledgein operation of reefer cooling unit. Ensure the safe, timely and accurate movement of fleet unitswithin the area of operation.
12) GARDENERS – Min 2 yrs. exp. of maintaining landscaped grounds with good
spoken English and good physique and good health. To maintain the site in a presentable andtidy manner at all times. To co-ordinate the removal of any rubbish from the site in an orderlymanner by maintaining grass, shrubs, trees, flowers and beds.
13) LONG HAUL DRIVERS (TRAILOR)

14) BMO-EFFLUENT – Min. 1 yr. exp. in technical field in a Dairy industry or
a large scale process industry. To operate effectively effluent and sewage treatment plantsand pivots as per the standard operating procedures by complying with safety, health, qualityand environment standards. Ensuring cleanliness of the assigned work area as per standardoperating procedure. Performing activities according to the relevant standard operatingprocedures of the assigned area to maintain hygiene and housekeeping. Ensure properoperation of the pivots. Understand and operate ETP & STP plants. Collect the data requiredfor the daily effluent report. Ensuring cleanliness of the assigned work area as per standardoperating procedure.
